1. Is the thermostat set to AC? Is your thermostat WiFI? Is your WIFI working?
2. Is the fan running on the condenser (outside unit?)
3. Is the unit running inside (at the furnace?)
4. Is there any ice on the unit, inside, outside or outside lines? (If there is Ice, shut the AC off, we cannot work on frozen unit)
5. Have you checked the breaker in the panel or the disconnect outside by the condenser.
6. Is the system leaking?
7. If it isn’t coming on at all, have you used it yet ths season?

Remove your Condenser Cover

• Fold it up and store it in a safe and dry location
• Flip the Disconnect Switch from OFF to ON
• Push the Disconnect in to make sure the fuses have made a secure contact

1. Is the unit doing anything?
2. Is it making noise?
3. Is the power/emergency switch on? Did you check the breaker?
4. Have you checked the thermostat, is it on Heat mode?
5. Is there any water in the pan?
6. If there has been snow, is there a snow drift blocking the vent?
7. Is the drain line frozen outside?
8. If you turn the fan on, does it blow any air out of the returns?
9. Is the Thermostat a WIFI? Do you have WIFI?
